Summary:

     Several very important design concepts are demonstrated on this site including a customizable template for re-use with many different customers, XML web services, high availability through the use of both redundant and fault tolerant hardware.

     This site provides an E-Commerce solution and job search portal for many different clients using a customizable template to give the site a specific look and feel for each customer in effect matching their own site. This solution is very popular with many of the state run Workforce Investment Boards (WIBS).  It provides access to almost 5 million jobs continuously updated from the web.

Prior to coming to Creative Foundry, Inc. several of our team members had direct responsibility for:
  • Complete site architecture, design, implementation, testing and release for all web, spidering and database systems
  • Architecture design and implementation of various spidering technologies to manage large volumes of content in a continuous spidering process.
  • Secured several international patents for the spidering and document management process.
  • Web hosting for a high traffic site with 24x7 availability using redundant, load balanced and fault tolerant web, spidering, document management and database servers.
  • Management of all IT functions including: network, mail, security and the development system publishing processes for 100+ employees.
